Influenza, cold, cough and headache are removed by taking 3 grams of sundha, 7 leaves of basil, 7 seeds of black pepper, washed in 250 grams of water and adding sugar. Grind one teaspoon of pure, one-fourth teaspoon of black salt and take one-fourth of one teaspoon three times with hot water.

Cough

Ginger juice 30 grams, honey 30 grams light Take warm three times a day for 10 days. Useful for asthma, cough. Sore throat, cold, this is useful. Do not use curd and sore products. You can also take ginger by frying it in ghee in asthma. Take 12 grams of ginger in pieces, add a cup of water, milk and sugar and boil it like tea and drink it to cure cough and cold. Heat jaggery in ghee.

When both are combined, add 12 grams of ground cumin. This is a diet. Cold, cough is cured by using it every day in the morning on an empty stomach. Ginger reduces cough, phlegm.

 

The Gums

If the gums swell, take 3 grams of sandalwood once a day with water. This will cure the toothache. If you have toothache due to cold, apply salt on ginger and keep it under the teeth.

Cold

Add sugar and jaggery in water and boil. When the fourth part is left, drink lukewarm water now, it will be beneficial. If the throat is cold and itchy, sip ginger. Small pieces of ginger, ajwain, fenugreek seeds and turmeric each. Boil half a teaspoon in a glass of water, when half of the water is left, add a little jaggery according to taste and drink this decoction at night while sleeping. The cold will be cured.

Heart failure 

If the heart is weak, the pulse is low, if the heart is weak, then drinking a cup of warm black salt mixed with Sundha every day is beneficial.

(Numbness of hands and feet) Grind one lump of turmeric and garlic in water. Apply it on the limb that is numb. In the morning on an empty stomach, chew a little sugar and two cloves of garlic. Use it for 10 days.

Paralysis

Grind the black pulse and fry it in ghee. Grind molasses and jaggery in it, mix and make laddus. Eat its laddus daily.

Paralysis is cured by boiling Sundh and magha and drinking their water.

Earache

One with the sound of the place in the ear. Then take a spoonful of sugar, 25 grams of jaggery and a spoonful of ghee mixed and eaten while warm is beneficial.

Hurt

If there is pain due to injury, lifting a heavy object, being trampled on, grind ginger and heat it and apply it half an inch thick and bandage it. After two hours, take it off and put mustard oil on it and bake it. By doing this once every day, the pain will go away.

Menstrual Pain

Virgin girls who have pain during menstruation are benefited by drinking a decoction of old jaggery. Cold drinks and sour things should not be eaten.
